About the project
Cradle Foods are a plant-based café and bakery based in Sudbury, Suffolk. As a brand new start up company they were looking for Solution17 to get their business online from step one. They needed a brand new Domain and a fresh, crisp design for the website, to really stay inline with the vision they have for the cafe. Being a newly registered website address, they also understood the importance of quickly building an online presence, so took advantage of our bespoke SEO consultation package.
What we did
Following an initial Skype meeting with Holly, we set about choosing the right domain name and put it in place on our dedicated servers. This then gave them access to their company emails and allowed them to begin the promotion process. We had a very clear brief in terms of design on the new website; it had to be stylish and fairly minimal, to create a real emphasis on the delicious food they offer. The bakery treats were always going to be the star of the show, so using the clients established archive of imagery, we showcased these throughout the site.
Following the company brand guidelines and using accents of their chosen colours we have created a simple but elegant, fully responsive site, where the clients products really can do the talking.
What they said
Solution17 have done a fantastic job on our website. We wanted something simple, clear and stylish that was easy for us to edit as we went along, and that’s exactly what we got! We absolutely love the job they’ve done! They have always responded quickly to our emails, remained so motivated and enthusiastic, and made sure we were totally satisfied before the website went ‘live’. We’d recommend them to everyone. Solution 17 have really filled a gap in the market when it comes to web design, and we’re so glad they did!
With the Cradle brand continually growing, we have been doing some graphic design work for Holly and the team. Designing new menu’s, banners for trade shows and other interior graphics.
With such a busy cafe, we also help to keep the site up to date with new text and images, alongside improvement recommendations to keep the website on point.
